How We Work
A transparent, step-by-step consulting process designed to give building administrators and developers the information they need — before any commitment is made.
Understanding your building's situation
The process begins with a conversation. You tell us about the building: its location, approximate age, the party wall's current visible condition, any known humidity or structural issues, and the consortium's or developer's main concerns and expectations.
Based on this initial information, we schedule a site visit. For buildings in our primary service area around San Lorenzo and greater Rosario, visits are typically available within a few business days. For other locations, we'll discuss scheduling options.
A thorough look at the actual condition
During the site visit, we conduct a systematic inspection of the party wall. This covers the full surface area: we document the type and extent of any deterioration, identify moisture sources, assess the structural condition of the render and substrate, and note access constraints that would affect any intervention.
Options, costs, and what each will look like
We prepare a written report presenting two to four finishing options appropriate to the wall's condition and the consortium's context. Each option includes: a technical description of the treatment, the materials and processes involved, a budget estimate, and a visual simulation showing the expected result on your specific party wall.
The comparative format allows decision-makers to weigh aesthetic, technical, and economic factors side by side — without needing to consult multiple separate contractors.
Supporting the consortium's decision
Building consortium assemblies often involve residents with varying levels of technical knowledge. We're available to present our findings and proposals directly to the assembly — in person or via video call — explaining each option in accessible terms and answering questions from residents.
